We have come to the end of a very busy season and are now preparing for Spring (the daffodils think it's spring anyway!) Many are off skiing or heading to the sun.

Our Pet Store has continued to 'take off' and many people have returned to purchase their cat's food from us even when they have not been staying.  They are please for the advice and to know that it is good quality food that is on offer.  We are very competitive with the pricing, so we can compete very well with the big boys.

Don't forget, we are here for feeding advice also.  Feed your pet a good quality food and you won't go wrong.  Hill's, Royal Canin and James Wellbeloved are among our favourites, you and your cat will reap the rewards.  Measure the quantity recommended and don't be tempted to keep topping it up as your cat will be tempted also, an empty bowl doesn't mean a hungry cat!!!!!

We have a new range of cat beds from Hem and Boo.  They really are a cosy place to curl up, we had a trial one in the house and our 2 cats seem to have the agreement now that one has it during the day and the other has it at night!

For all customers that have already purchased from our store, a record is kept as we will be introducing a Loyalty Scheme and points will be awarded and be able to be used towards future purchases from our Pet Store.

We have recently shipped the Qualicat Litter to Lancashire!!  I still think it is the best litter available, light, dust free and a 20kg bag contains an awful lot of litter.  I can't sing its praises high enough!!

Don't forget to book early for the summer and any time that coincides with a school break.  We are always happy to put a provisional date in for you if you are having trouble firming up dates.  We already have many bookings for next summer and even some for Xmas 2012, so if you have already booked your holiday and not your cats, please do so shortly.

The screens went back on the cattery pretty early this year, what odd weather we have had?  All the visitors for the winter period will be super snug with the heaters on, vetbed bedding and blankets.
